About
I design and build useful digital products.
My approach comes from electrical work: understand the problem, build carefully, and make the result dependable.
Background
From field work to digital products.
The trade
Electrical work taught me to trace problems carefully and build systems that must work in real conditions.
The first tool
I started building software to improve the paperwork and repeated tasks around practical work.
The craft
Design gave those tools clearer structure, language, and interfaces. Engineering made them dependable.
The work now
Today I design and build websites, applications, and tools for real workflows and everyday use.
Electrical work taught me to value clear decisions, reliable systems, and honest limits.
Design judgment. Engineering responsibility.
I shape the product, design the interface, and stay responsible through launch.

How I begin
I first understand how the work happens now, what slows it down, and what a useful result should change. That keeps every design and engineering decision connected to a real need.
What I leave out
Every feature creates work to maintain. I keep the parts that solve a recurring problem and remove the rest. A focused product is easier to use and easier to trust.
How I work with people
I show work early, explain decisions plainly, and make changes while they are still inexpensive. If I disagree, I explain why, then support the direction we choose.
What I mean by quality
Quality means the product stays clear on a small screen, under a poor connection, and in imperfect conditions. It also means maintainable code and limits that are stated honestly.
What I am still learning
I keep improving how I structure products, write for different people, and decide when more work will no longer make the outcome better.
Everything here is live and open. You are meant to check it. Read the work, and if something you are building needs this kind of care, say hello. Available for digital work.
